0x00 Instant data

Description

The 0x00 Instant data FORMAT represents the state of counting inputs at the moment of transmission. The FLAGS field defines the presence and size of the Counter fields, as well as which channels are active. Each bit in the FLAGS field specifies whether a channel is used and whether its counter value is 24-bit or 32-bit. The Timestamp field provides the time of data capture, while the Counter fields contain the values of the counters for the active channels, determined by the FLAGS. Unused counters are omitted from the payload.

7Initialization.This flag is set once after a special sequence is triggered via
the Hall sensor(e.g., after installing a new counter) and is used
to initialize initial values on the server.
