Warranty

The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the complex with the requirements of the technical documentation provided that the installation, operation, transport and storage conditions stated in the product's operation manual are observed. The warranty period is 36 months from the date of commissioning or 20 000 message packets, whichever comes first. In the absence of a note on commissioning in the passport, the warranty period is calculated from the date of acceptance. The warranty storage period is 1 year from the date of acceptance. The user is obliged to observe conditions and rules of transport, storage and operation specified in this user manual. The consumer is obliged to comply with the conditions and rules of transport, storage and operation specified in this manual. The manufacturer shall have no warranty obligations in the event of a product failure if:

  • here is no technical passport for the device;
  • sections "Information on acceptance" in the Specification are not filled in or do not have the manufacturer's seal;
  • the serial number on the product differs from the serial number indicated in the Specification;
  • missing or damaged seals and/or the Manufacturer's holographic mark applied to the device;
  • the device was disassembled or otherwise tampered in the design in violation of the operational documentation;
  • the device was used in violation of the operational documentation requirements;
  • the device has external mechanical damage;
  • the product is damaged by foreign objects inside or natural disasters (flood, fire, etc.);
  • the device was mounted and commissioned by persons (enterprise) without proper training.
