Downlink — get multicast frame status
According to the v0.17 description, the command returns whether a frame was sent to a multicast group. The current ONS version has no such command: the server responds to the request with an invalid_command_req message.
Request and response: multicast_data_ack_req → invalid_command_req.
Access: the command is not executed with any token.
Current ONS version
The command is described in v0.17 but is not implemented in the server: invalid_command_req arrives instead of a response with data.
Request
The server reads only operation_id from the request. It does not parse the dataId field from the v0.17 description.
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
cmd | string | multicast_data_ack_req |
operation_id | string | Any string; the server returns it in the response to match the request and the response |
{
"cmd": "multicast_data_ack_req",
"operation_id": "abc",
"dataId": 3046127811
}
Response
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
cmd | string | invalid_command_req — the server does not recognize this command |
operation_id | string | Value from the request; an empty string if it was not given |
The response has no status or error_code fields.
{
"cmd": "invalid_command_req",
"operation_id": "abc"
}
Errors
The command has no error codes: the server responds to any request with invalid_command_req.
